1. Standards we follow
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable. This aligns with good practice under New Zealand’s Web Accessibility Standard for public sector sites and benefits all visitors.

3. Known limitations
Embedded Google Maps may not be fully accessible to screen-reader users. Contact us for address and directions in plain text. Some PDF programme materials may require accessible formats on request.

5. Feedback and complaints
If you encounter a barrier on our site, please tell us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Human Rights Commission (New Zealand) regarding discrimination on the basis of disability.
